Safeguarding at Sherard Primary School
We are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students. Our safeguarding procedures are in line with statutory guidance, including Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and Working Together to Safeguard Children.
Our Trust-wide Child Protection Policy outlines the steps we take to protect students and provides clear procedures for reporting safeguarding concerns.

School Nursing Team
The school nursing team is based at St Mary's hospital in Melton Mowbray and is available in and out of term times. They can be contacted directly by families on: 01664 855561 or via the school during term time.
